Sabudana kitchari is a traditional recipe in Maharastra, India, and is also eaten during times of fasting during auspicious holidays in India because it is so light and easy to digest.

Eating according to our own unique constitution and present state of imbalance is key to achieving perfect health, stable mind, and connection with our spirit.
