Swinging local legends, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy get the dance floor jumping for a good cause this Friday, Sept. 30 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.

This weekend, Bombay Bar and Grill brings their always popular outdoor stage back to celebrate their anniversary. A one off reunion show by the sorely missed but never forgotten, Psycho Café on Saturday, Oct. 1 headlines the two day event.

Portland based indie pop rockers The Cabin Project descend from their green home base to take in a little seaside sunshine and perform at Zoey’s on Thursday, Sept. 29.

The legendary Black Uhuru will perform at the Ventura Theater on Tuesday, Sept. 13. 

Saturday, Sept. 10, Crave Lounge presents a sampling of local talent in different genres featuring Black Action Suits, Electric Sister, The Calamity, Shoddy Cons, Phantom Pomps and Nicole Eva Emery (Lovebird).

On Tuesday, Sept. 13, Crayzee Randall’s Comedy Night at the Q-Club will feature Julia Lillis of E! Entertainment Television at 9 p.m.

Mouse Grey will kick off its tour at Sans Souci on Friday, Sept. 2. 

The late show at Zoey’s on Friday, Sept. 2, 10:30 p.m., features Love’s Secret Domain, August Rising and Jade Hendrix.
