What better way to learn about healthier meal options than a free, healthy food demonstration being held at Red Barn Market in Ventura on Sunday 2/10/13 at 1pm-5pm. Come sample tasty recipes filled with fruits and vegetables and take home a free recipe book and goody bag. |
